Prairie Rose Portraits Pricing & Information:

2-hour Session* fee:  $150.00

*Session includes indoor OR outdoor sets.  Indoor AND outdoor sets $150.00  Off-site locations (of your choosing or I can suggest) for an additional fee depending on the facility and travel distance to. Up to three clothing changes are included during a session consisting of 10 to 12 different poses, total.

Prints can be ordered through Prairie Rose Portraits at the prices below.  OR, you may purchase a high-resolution CD with all of your photos for $50.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

When are payments due? The $150 session fee is due when you arrive for your appointment.  Typically, 2 hours is sufficient time for a shoot. However, if the session goes over 2 1/2 hours you will charged an additional $25 for each hour, payable with your print order. If there is a time delay because of the studio you will not be charged any additional session fee. Print orders require to be paid in full at ordering.

What are my payment options? We accept only cash or check for the session fee.

Can I bring a friend to watch my photo session? Yes, bring a friend or parent along!  It is best to leave small children at home during your session, as they can be a distraction.

How early should I arrive? No more than 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session time.

What if I want the outdoor set and it is raining? If the weather is questionable, call us (937/578-3105) prior to your scheduled appointment time to determine if the shoot should be rescheduled. If inclement weather forces a cancellation while a shoot is underway, we will reschedule the time remaining in the session for another day at no extra charge.

What are the studio hours? We are open by appointment only. Most appointments will be made on the weekends. Whenever possible, we will try to work with your schedule.

Can I be photographed with my pet? Yes, if approved in advance. We recommend that you have someone else present to tend to your pet after that part of the session so you won't be distracted.

Can I bring something from home to be photographed with? Yes, if approved in advance. This can include farm animals, musical instruments, sports gear, ATV, vehicles or any other item that is special to you. We simply ask that you share your vision with us on what you would like to be photographed with beforehand.

What is the process and how long will it take to get my photos? The total time depends on how quickly the following steps are taken:
1. Schedule a photo shoot (2-hour session by appointment);
2. Receive a CD within 7 days (low resolution photos if purchasing prints through PRP or high resolution if you choose the CD purchase option);
3. Place order for prints;
4. Prints are delivered! (7-10 days after we receive your order)
